The New Moon on October 14th brings the Solar Eclipse in Libra. This will be a great time to be present to the idea of balance in your life and relationships! Solar eclipses bring energy and new beginnings to your physical world. This eclipse is especially powerful in terms of major turning points in the collective and your life. There is a Yod (The finger of God) pointing at the Sun and Moon! The themes of this turning point can bring about change in your relationship to yourself and your partner. Are you feeling a bit out of balance? This eclipse will bring you experiences that will show you where you can change this. With eclipses, you don’t need to do anything to take advantage of the energy. It will affect you no matter what. Pay attention to where this shift will happen for you!
Pro Tip: Take a look at your Natal Chart and find 21 Degrees Libra. Determine which house this degree falls in, and this will be the area of life where things will shift! (Example: If 21 Degrees Libra falls in your 4th House of Home and Family, there could be big changes in family affairs, real estate, and how you feel safe. This in turn will affect the opposing house, the 10th house of Fate, Destiny, and Career. Thus, shining a light on changes at home and in your Career! The Full Moon on October 28th brings the Lunar Eclipse in Taurus. Lunar eclipses have an affect on inward emotions. Full moons are about releasing what no longer serves you. Taurus is the sign of money, stability, practicality and values. This is your chance to release scarcity around money and self confidence. Connect to your values. Are your thoughts focused on things that don’t really matter any more? Then LET GO of those thoughts. Now focus on what you want to attract.
Warning! Be careful not to do any intense moon rituals, crystal charging or moon water. Eclipses expand the energy of the Full Moon. No need to do anything to harness this energy. You will feel it regardless.
Yang water is the energy that’s similar to the ocean. If you are going on a journey out to sea, you need a good boat, guide and life jacket. If a storm comes, you need to have knowledge on how to weather the storm. Yang water gives recognition to deep intuition and emotional energy. She will ingress into Virgo on the 9th bringing a healing energy to relationships. However, Venus is in Fall when in Virgo. This may bring a sense of being nit-picky in relationships. The temptation here is to fall into thinking patterns that make you get caught up on that one little thing that drives you crazy about your partner. To avoid this, get outside with them and go on a walk or a hike. Connect to the outdoors which transforms this nagging energy into healing.
Mars has spent the last month in Libra which is in Detriment. This means that Mars, the planet of desire and action, feels more at home in the dynamic signs of Aries and Scorpio. He feels less comfortable in Libra as Libra is about peace and harmony. On the 12th Mars enters the sign of Scorpio where he feels he can be himself! Mars in Scorpio is great energy for quick action and sexual energy. However, this can be very intense for the collective, so don’t be alarmed by surprising information coming to light in the media.
Mercury the God of communication will be in Libra until the 22nd. Bringing balance to our thoughts, and also confusion.
